The Winter is long and Qi must move on!!!
Every farewell is hard and I find this one particularly painful. I have been trying to put all my feelings into a few sentences to say goodbye, but i have realised, it is impossible. Currently there are so many different thoughts racing through my mind and they are confusing me to no avail. I mean I am feeling sort of relieved that I am finally on my way to escape the unbearable Armidale cold^^, but on the other hand I am very sorry to be saying farewell to all the wonderful people within the school community.
Frankly, I learned heaps from you guys and certainly I have changed during the past year. I didn´t only gain the skills of knitting, making lanterns, cooking some Aussie BBQs I got a life lesson by you-amazing Waldorf people- how to be more open minded, kind, generous, relaxed... maybe just Aussie.
There is nothing else to do than to be grateful and say thank you. Thanks everyone for your constant smiles, lovely words and contributions to make my stay a fantastic and unforgettable time(especially the people who eagerly employed me and made my social life in Armidale^^ and travels through Australia affordable). Thank you to all the staff and Gaynor, who gave me this great opportunity to just be here and experience teaching and heaps more. Of course Nathalie, Charles, Laura and Alex deserve my deepest gratitude. Now they are not only my Aussie family also these gorgeous people have become my friends for the rest of my life.
Last but not least to all my special, sweet Steiner-kids. I assume I have done my job thoroughly at the school°°, but it was only possible with all your helpful support.I hope you will remember me as the big buddy or funny cheese, reliable babysitter, scaredy camp company... What I want to express is: I am aware that I will miss all of you, so please do not forget me.

“Our work is done, our day is past,
We go our separate way.
I will hold tight and fast,
What i have learnt today.
I`ve given with my heart and mind, the effort that needs.
I will strive to find in me: good thoughts, good words, good deeds.”
